Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for courses purchased through Qualify Nation. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under extremely limited circumstances and only for individual consumer purchases.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- No Account Access: You have not logged into your account or accessed any course materials
- 14-Day Window: Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Consumer Purchase: You are an individual consumer (business purchases are not eligible)
2.2 Disqualifying Factors
You are NOT eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:
- You have logged into your account after enrollment
- You have accessed, viewed, or downloaded any course materials
- Your refund request is submitted after 14 days from purchase
- You have committed academic misconduct or violated our terms
- You have completed any substantial portion of the course
- The purchase was made by a business or organisation
3. One-Year Licence Terms
All Qualify Nation courses are sold as one-year licences:
- Pricing is locked at the time of purchase
- Payment represents a commitment for the full licence period
- There is no option for month-to-month cancellation
- Instalment payment plans do not change the one-year commitment
- All scheduled payments remain obligatory regardless of course completion status
4. Instalment Plan Obligations
If you have chosen to pay via an instalment plan:
- All scheduled payments must be completed as agreed
- Stopping payments does not cancel your financial obligation
- Failed payments may result in access suspension and collection actions
- You remain liable for the full course fee regardless of usage
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet all eligibility requirements:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, email address used for registration, and order number
- Explain why you are requesting a refund
- We will respond within 5 working days
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Change of mind after accessing course content
- Inability to complete the course due to personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with course difficulty or content style
- Technical issues on your end (device, internet connection)
- Termination due to academic misconduct or terms violation
- Business or corporate purchases
7. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Rights)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by accessing digital course content, you acknowledge that:
- You are requesting immediate access to digital content
- You understand this may affect your right to cancel
- Once content is accessed, the cooling-off period no longer applies
8. Course Transfers
Course licences are non-transferable. You cannot:
- Transfer your course access to another person
- Sell or give away your course credentials
- Share login details with others

- UK consumers may also contact the Financial Ombudsman or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
10. Apprenticeship Programmes
10.1 Government-Funded Apprenticeships
Where an apprenticeship programme is funded in whole or in part by government funding, the learner does not pay a fee and no refund arises in respect of the learner. Any employer contribution is governed by the contract for services between Qualify Nation® and the employer.
If an employer has made a co-investment contribution and the programme ends early due to circumstances beyond the learner’s control (for example, redundancy), any refund of the employer’s contribution will be handled in accordance with the applicable funding rules and the terms of the contract for services. Qualify Nation® does not retain employer contributions for training that has not been delivered.
10.2 Self-Pay Programme Enrolments
Where a learner enrols on a Qualify Nation® course programme as a self-paying student (outside of the apprenticeship route), the standard Qualify Nation® refund and cancellation terms apply.
10.3 Cooling-Off Period
Self-pay learners who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment for a full refund, provided they have not accessed a substantial portion of the course content. This cooling-off right does not apply to employer-funded or government-funded apprenticeship programmes.
