Independent assessment and credentialing. Your learners receive an industry credential issued by Qualify Nation®, instantly verifiable by employers through our public register.
Access QNF syllabi for all 14 career pathways across five levels. Annually reviewed by subject-matter experts. Use them as-is or layer your own materials over the top.
Deliver under your own brand with Qualify Nation as the credentialing body. You own the learner relationship and the commercial terms with your buyers.
Proctored assessment delivered through Qualify Nation's exam platform — identity verification, supervised exam conditions, and credential issuance all managed centrally. Your trainers focus on teaching, not invigilation.
QN partner accreditation is built for organisations with genuine delivery capability. We don't accredit pure marketing affiliates — partners must deliver training to learners.
Submit an application telling us about your training operation, target pathways and territories of delivery.
We assess your application against our accreditation criteria and confirm whether to proceed to due diligence.
We review trainer credentials, quality processes and operational evidence. We may request a delivery sample.
Sign the QN Partner Agreement. Commercial terms and territory scope are confirmed at this stage.
Receive syllabi, branding assets, partner portal access, and optional access to the QN Learn platform. Lead trainers complete a familiarisation programme.
Open your first cohort. Annual curriculum refresh, dedicated partner support, and an annual partner forum thereafter.

QN-Accredited Training Partners operate under a published fee schedule covering partner accreditation, examination delivery and credential issuance. The model is per-learner for assessment and credentialing; commercial terms for delivery rights are tiered by territory and pathway scope.
Indicative pricing is shared at the initial review stage. The full fee schedule and partner agreement are issued at the contract stage.
No. You can deliver through your own LMS or training infrastructure. The QN Learn platform is available to partners who'd rather not run their own — under the same partner agreement.
Credentials are issued by Qualify Nation® and carry the QN credential identifier so they remain publicly verifiable. Learning materials, course branding and learner communications can be co-branded or fully your-branded under the partner agreement.
Yes. Pathways and levels are scoped per partner. Most partners begin with one or two pathways and expand scope after the first delivery cycle.
Partner accreditation is designed for organisations with established delivery capability. New entrants are reviewed case-by-case; the strongest non-traditional applicants are typically employer L&D teams or industry specialists building a delivery operation in their own field.
Timelines depend on application completeness and pathway scope. Indicative review windows are confirmed in your application acknowledgement.
Learners not yet meeting the standard may resubmit under our published resubmission policy. Our appeals and malpractice procedures apply to every credential issued under the QNF.
Tell us about your training operation. We'll come back with next steps and indicative commercial terms within the application acknowledgement.
