QN-Accredited Training Partners · Applications open

Deliver Qualify Nation credentials.
Grow your training business.

Become an accredited delivery partner for the Qualify Nation Framework (QNF). Qualify Nation® owns the syllabi, assessment and credentialing — you own delivery, your brand and the learner relationship.

An awarding body behind your training business.

You teach. Qualify Nation awards.

Independent assessment and credentialing. Your learners receive an industry credential issued by Qualify Nation®, instantly verifiable by employers through our public register.

Full syllabus access

Access QNF syllabi for all 14 career pathways across five levels. Annually reviewed by subject-matter experts. Use them as-is or layer your own materials over the top.

Co-branded delivery, your relationship

Deliver under your own brand with Qualify Nation as the credentialing body. You own the learner relationship and the commercial terms with your buyers.

Examination handled

Proctored assessment delivered through Qualify Nation's exam platform — identity verification, supervised exam conditions, and credential issuance all managed centrally. Your trainers focus on teaching, not invigilation.

Partner archetypes we accredit.

QN partner accreditation is built for organisations with genuine delivery capability. We don't accredit pure marketing affiliates — partners must deliver training to learners.

  • Independent training companies and academies
  • Bootcamps and intensive course providers
  • Apprenticeship training providers (England)
  • Employer L&D and corporate academies
  • Further-education colleges and vocational schools
  • International resellers with in-territory delivery capability

What we look for in a partner.

Published criteria. Partner accreditation is a documented process — not a sales conversation.

A straightforward fee model.

QN-Accredited Training Partners operate under a published fee schedule covering partner accreditation, examination delivery and credential issuance. The model is per-learner for assessment and credentialing; commercial terms for delivery rights are tiered by territory and pathway scope.

Indicative pricing is shared at the initial review stage. The full fee schedule and partner agreement are issued at the contract stage.

Partner FAQs.

Do I have to use Qualify Nation's Learn platform?

No. You can deliver through your own LMS or training infrastructure. The QN Learn platform is available to partners who'd rather not run their own — under the same partner agreement.

Can I co-brand certificates with my own logo?

Credentials are issued by Qualify Nation® and carry the QN credential identifier so they remain publicly verifiable. Learning materials, course branding and learner communications can be co-branded or fully your-branded under the partner agreement.

Can I deliver only some pathways?

Yes. Pathways and levels are scoped per partner. Most partners begin with one or two pathways and expand scope after the first delivery cycle.

Do I need experience as a training provider already?

Partner accreditation is designed for organisations with established delivery capability. New entrants are reviewed case-by-case; the strongest non-traditional applicants are typically employer L&D teams or industry specialists building a delivery operation in their own field.

How long does accreditation take?

Timelines depend on application completeness and pathway scope. Indicative review windows are confirmed in your application acknowledgement.

What happens if a learner doesn't pass the assessment?

Learners not yet meeting the standard may resubmit under our published resubmission policy. Our appeals and malpractice procedures apply to every credential issued under the QNF.
