No prior PM experience is required. This course is designed for beginners and covers everything from fundamentals to advanced methodologies. Many successful project managers come from diverse backgrounds including administration, technical roles, and operations.
You receive a Qualify Nation Project Management certificate on completion of the course and our proctored end-of-course assessment. The course covers structured, stage-based project management, Agile and Scrum, and Six Sigma Green Belt concepts. It does not include any third-party certification exam, and it is not an accredited training course for any third-party certification scheme.
Structured project management is a stage-based methodology ideal for predictable projects with fixed requirements. Agile is iterative and adaptive, suited for projects with evolving requirements. Our course teaches both so you can blend approaches based on project needs.
Yes, we include Six Sigma Green Belt concepts covering the DMAIC methodology. You'll complete a Green Belt-style improvement project, which can support your preparation if you later choose to pursue Six Sigma certification elsewhere; the course does not itself award a Six Sigma belt. This combination of PM methodologies makes you highly versatile.
The course is 520 hours total. Full-time learners typically complete it in 4-5 months (25-30 hours/week). Part-time learners can spread it over 8-10 months (12-15 hours/week).
You'll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Kanban boards, and collaboration tools. We focus on industry-standard tools that employers expect project managers to know and use effectively.
