Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Qualify Nation Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our courses and services. By participating in our program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements
• Each individual or business entity is allowed one affiliate account only
• You must provide accurate information during registration

2.2 Application Process

Applications are reviewed and most applicants receive approval. Upon approval, you will receive training materials on effective course marketing and access to your affiliate dashboard.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Direct Sales Commissions

• Commissions are earned as a one-time payment per course sale
• Commission rates vary by course and are displayed in your affiliate dashboard
• No recurring commissions are paid on the same customer's future purchases

3.2 Multi-Tier System

Note: Tier 2 commissions are recurring, while direct sales commissions are one-time only.

3.3 Commission Invalidation

Commissions become invalid if:

• The sale is refunded or charged back
• The sale fails or is cancelled
• The purchase falls outside the tracking window
• Fraudulent or prohibited promotional methods were used

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Sales are tracked through your unique affiliate links only
• No coupon codes or voucher codes are currently used for tracking
• Only affiliate links work for attribution purposes
• If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last click before purchase receives credit

5. Promotional Materials and Guidelines

5.1 Approved Materials

• You must use official marketing materials (creatives) provided by Qualify Nation
• Custom promotional content requires written approval before use
• All materials must accurately represent our courses and services

5.2 Prohibited Promotional Methods

• Spam: Unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam marketing
• Cookie Stuffing: Forcing cookies without user knowledge or consent
• Misleading Advertising: False claims, fake testimonials, or deceptive content
• Brand Impersonation: Pretending to be Qualify Nation or its employees
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on "Qualify Nation" or related terms in paid ads
• Incentivised Clicks: Paying or rewarding users to click affiliate links
• Adult/Illegal Content: Promoting on sites with adult, violent, or illegal content
• Any tactics that harm Qualify Nation's brand reputation

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payout Schedule

• Commissions are paid biweekly (every two weeks)
• Minimum payout threshold: £250
• Balances below £250 roll over to the next payment period

6.2 Payment Requirements

• You must submit a valid invoice for payment processing
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes on commission income
• Accurate payment details must be maintained in your affiliate dashboard

7. Disclosure Requirements

You must comply with applicable advertising regulations:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content
• Use appropriate disclosure language (e.g., "affiliate link", "I may earn a commission")
• Comply with FTC guidelines (USA), ASA guidelines (UK), and other applicable regulations

8. Termination

8.1 Grounds for Termination

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Use of prohibited promotional methods
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Inactivity for extended periods
• At Qualify Nation's discretion with reasonable notice

8.2 Effect of Termination

• Serious violations lead to immediate account suspension
• Commissions may be withheld for fraud or terms violations
• You must immediately cease all promotional activities
• Remove all Qualify Nation marketing materials from your platforms

9. Modifications

Qualify Nation reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates with reasonable notice
• Update these terms and conditions
• Change program rules and requirements

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
