Who Can Apply
For individuals
- Currently employed in England
- Aged 16 or over
- UK resident for at least 3 years
- No minimum qualifications required
For employers
- Upskill existing staff at minimal cost
- Government funding covers most or all fees
- No disruption — fully online delivery
- Employee delivers workplace improvements as part of the programme
